NEW YORK | Thu Nov 3, 2011 9:08am EDT

NEW YORK Nov 3 (Reuters) - The euro turned higher again against the dollar on Thursday in volatile trading in the wake of an unexpected rate cut from the European Central Bank.

Traders are now looking to new ECB President Mario Draghi's first press conference later in the session for an explanation of Thursday's surprise move.

The euro was last at $1.37625, up 0.1 percent on the day.
