Pair continues to move sideways in a range and a break with a confirmation is needed to define a direction. No economic releases are schedule during the American session, so rumors again could make moves. To the upside, above 1.3850 pair is likely to rise to test 1.3900 and with high probabilities of breaking above, as it would be breaking a downtrend line in short-term charts. Any break needs confirmation with a candle opening. Hourly and four hours indicators remains flat (and moving toward the upside after the pair hit new day-high), with no clear indication. The key support area lies at 1.3650, if the Euro confirms levels under 1.3720 in 4-hour charts with a candle opening below, it would signal further declines. Below 1.3650, pair should accelerate the downside, probably reaching levels under 1.3600.

The pair is rising on the back of a weak US Dollar across the board ahead of Wall Street opening amid risk appetite. The pair jumped after breaking above 1.5850, and currently trades above 1.5900 holding near daily highs. Currently approaching overbought levels, but so far no signals favor the downside but the bullish momentum appears to be fading. The area around 1.6000 should limit the upside during the US session. The bias is to the upside, but pullbacks could take place considering the rally; the strength of the retreats will depend on market sentiment. Some credit rating agency could announce something lake they did lately on Fridays but market impact and on risk appetite could be limited considering that latest downgrades had no effect on markets.

The pair tumbles after breaking below 76.50 and reached levels under 76.00, new all time low. A consolidation below could open the doors for further declines but also increase the possibilities of an intervention. All indicators favor the downside after finally plunging below the 76.50 – 76.00 area. But lately the downside had been followed by gains and the rallies had been followed by retreats, so the pair could recover ground after Wall Street opening, particularly after the recent decline. To the upside, above 76.85, Greenback could gain momentum and rise to test 77.00.

The pair is attempting to recover after bottoming during the Asian session at 0.8846, the lowest level in four weeks. 4 hours charts favor the downside, and only above 0.9060 the pair would change current bias. The recovery so far has been capped by 0.8950, a break higher should create bullish momentum and open the doors for a test of 0.9000. To the downside, below 0.8880 pair should extend the decline toward daily lows. And below 0.8850, bearish pressure is likely to increase and the pair could fall to 0.8790.
