EUR/USD

The Euro’s bounce above 1.3040/50 resistances was short-lived, as gains were capped under 61.8% retracement at 1.3074. Hourly tone has slightly improved, however, penetration of 1.3100 is required to confirm recovery, as overall bearish tone keeps the downside at risk, while the price holds under 1.3100.

GBP/USD

GBP/USD extended recovery rally from 1.5000, where basing attempt becomes evident. Rally to 1.5200,was capped by 55 MA, but scope exists for clearance of congestion top at 1.5220, to open way for stronger correction. Holding above session low at 1.5093, also 50% of recovery rally from 1.4983, is seen supportive.

USD/JPY

USD/JPY remains within consolidative range of 92.90/93.71, after rally from 90.85 stalled on approach to 94.00. Prevailing positive tone on 4-hour chart studies, favors the upside while psychological support and 55 MA at 93.00 holds. Break here, however would turn near-term structure negative and shift risk towards 92.00, previous base.

USD/CHF consolidates recent gains, with 0.9400, 55 MA, holding for now. Hourly studies maintain neutral tone, while prevailing positive tone on the larger timeframes, favors extension towards 0.9500, initial target.
