Quiet trading with the US and Canada on holidays today, the EUR/USD has been gaining steadily since early Asian opening, reaching fresh daily highs by the time of writing, as European stocks rose also to fresh daily highs, while US futures turn positive intraday. The hourly chart shows an increasing bullish momentum with indicators heading north above their midlines and price finding support in an also bullish 20 SMA, supporting a test of the 1.3710 price zone.

Support levels: 1.3680 1.3640 1.3605

Resistance levels: 1.3710 1.3745 1.3780

The GBP/USD continues finding support in the 200 EMA in the 4 hours chart around 1.5900, with hourly chart showing an increasing bullish momentum as per CCI approaching 200, although 20 SMA remains quite flat. In the 4 hours chart, price approaches to a still bearish 20 SMA, around 1.5980 and immediate resistance zone. Breaks above, may favor a limited bullish continuation rally towards the 16030 price zone.

Support levels: 1.5920 1.5870 1.5810

Resistance levels:  1.5980 1.6125 1.6150

USD/JPY Current price: 77.32

Steadily but firmly, the Japanese yen gains ground against the greenback, quoting at fresh daily lows. Hourly chart shows 20 SMA gaining bearish slope above current price while indicators remain below their midlines with a quite limited bearish tone. The 4 hours chart shows a stronger bearish tone as per lower lows and lower highs, supporting a continuation rally towards key 76.50 price zone.

Support levels:  77.20 76.90 76.50

Resistance levels: 77.45 77.70 78.10

USD/CHF: Current price: 0.9027

The Swiss Franc is slowly recovering, with USD/CHF approaching 0.9000 key psychological level, showing price below the 20 SMA and accelerating towards the downside. Indicators head south although quite close to their midlines to signal actual strength, while the 4 hours chart shows price testing a flat 20 SMA, while indicators remain above their midlines, also flat, showing no much of a bearish strength.

Support levels: 0.9030 0.8990 0.8940

Resistance levels: 0.9080 0.9130 0.9170
