Jackson hole came and went. Bernanke as expected did not announce anything spectacular. He was gravely concerned about the state of affairs in the labor markets. Markets on equity side did not do much which is what we have suggesting that we are not about to selloff as markets esp SPX was consolidating with no signs of any weakness. So now we are set for ECB as Draghi announces his plan for bond purchase. Now if he disappoints, then EURUSD has had it. Unlike Ben, this market is riding on ECB expectation. If he does deliver plans to buy bonds, EURUSD will crash 1.2666 on way to 1.29.
